I'm normally not one for comments & reviews but my car recently died & in my search for a new vehicle I was Truly surprised by some of the car salesmen I encountered. He was very friendly & knowledgeable of vehicles all together unlike some who were only knowledgeable of the vehicles they specialize in. Isaac, even though I didn't choose to go with your vehicle, I thank you for the great service & professionalism you gave. I walked in, and from beginning to end got the feeling that this wasn't the typical dealership experience. Isaac answered every question - even the ones he didn't know, he went to someone who did and got that this wasn't the typical dealership experience. My previous car had died, and I was able to work everything out and get my new Jetta right away - the pricing, the atmosphere, the paperwork, everything was done professionally, and I never felt like there was any pressure being put on me by anyone, including the manager who came to thank me for doing business there. And even since I bought the car, when I go back to the service dept everyone there is just as pleasant as the sales dept. Once he recognized that we knew EXACTLY what we were looking for, he set out to not only suggest test driving a car similar to the car we were interested in (Gof TDI diesel, as the Jetta TDI diesel was not available on the lot) but also suggested the Jetta SEL 5-speed, which is what we wound up selecting. Once we started the paperwork, the process was expedited through, with all the staff attentive to us and ensuring we were happy. Matt in finance was thorough and concise in his explanations of what were were signing, Curt inquired if we were satisfied with our sales experience with Vlad (which we were - he's the right mix of salesperson and outgoing/approachable personality). My family had purchased cars from the Douglas family when I was a child, and I remember the staff being friendly - apparently that characteristic has not changed over the years. This was a pleasant experience, and I look forward to working with Douglas for routine service on the car, and I will definitely consider future purchases/leases from Douglas. More
