I am completely satisfied with the purchase of my new car - a 2026 Chevrolet AWD Traverse from Dover Chevrolet . There a 2 people that are and continue to be very helpful . One is Esther Parks , a consultant - a 2026 Chevrolet AWD Traverse from Dover Chevrolet . There a 2 people that are and continue to be very helpful . One is Esther Parks , a consultant for Dover and Kyle Fales an employee of Dover . 1- Esther - I never had to visit the dealership , the entire process was handled over the phone . I am a 78 y/o retired MD who has previously owned 3 Chevy Saburbans . 36 hours after I spoke with Esther my new car was in my driveway. Esther help me with the purchase , GMC financing ,and many other items . She was was up to date on all aspects of Chevrolets , and was efficient and kind in all the transactions . 2- Kyle Fales - an employee of Dover , was intramental in completing the deal . He drove the car 2 hours to my house house in Bridgton , Maine , called my insurance company and secured that day coverage , changed my license plates , and then spent 4 hours in my car ( and continues to do so) going over all of the workings of the mechanical and digital aspects of my car. In addition both Esther and Kyle worked out the details of my Saburban trade and drove it back to Dover. I have NEVER purchased a car in my life with such COMPLETE service!!! More
Felt they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They weren't my first call... I first called Portsmouth Chevy, I don't know why just that's who I called. Figured out what was wrong, set me up with a loaner which I wasn't at all expecting, but having The loner saved my butt. Grateful that they thought of it. I will be back for all future needs. More

We are very happy with our sales person Kyle. A problem developed about a week after purchasing the car. We had rain, and when we went into the car the cup holder in the front was filled with w A problem developed about a week after purchasing the car. We had rain, and when we went into the car the cup holder in the front was filled with water and water was dripping from the rearview mirror. Since the car was a Volvo, we had the Volvo dealer two days before we had a flight to Florida to check the reason for water inside the car. It turned out that the windshield had been replace and not correctly, and needs to be replaced. Dover Chevrolet sent us a note that they will resolve the windshield issue when we return to NH in the spring. We are very pleased with Dover Chevrolets commitment to make things right. More
