Excellent Customer Attention My wife and I started our search for a CR-V that she had always wanted. We went to a number of Honda dealers and got the same old run around, never ge My wife and I started our search for a CR-V that she had always wanted. We went to a number of Honda dealers and got the same old run around, never getting a solid bottom line price. One dealer had what we wanted, we agreed on a price, asked us to come at 6 pm to pick it up and when we got there, Oh, we sold it! We can have another one here in 2 days for an additional $500 as a transfer fee. Disgusted and sadden by all out experiences, we decided to visit Dover Honda. We meet Paula, explained what we wanted and what we believed was a fair price. She spoke with her manager, came back and told us that they would meet the price and had one in stock. Oh my! My wife was happy! No games, no back and forth, and no pressure. Once we agreed, Paula ensured we were comfortable and took care of us while we waited our turn to meet Marsha, the business agent. She was prompt and direct to get our paperwork complete and us on our way. A very pleasant experience.. We returned 2 days later to pick up our new car, Paula was off, but Ryan was there to help us. He finished the transaction, introduced my wife to her new CR-V and gave her the best tutorial on how to use the features of the car. Ryan was polite and answered all the questions. My wife was very comfortable driving home her new CR-V. Dover Honda, Paula, Ryan and the staff treated us fantastic. Thank you for a great experience. Oh, we love our new CR-V. More
