Have bought from and referred to PAULA Have bought several vehicles and never have I had the most unsuspected, wonderful experience I had with Paula at Dover Honda. She asked me about what I wanted and needed not only in the vehicle, but my budget, use of the vehicle and helped me decide what worked more for my needs vs just what I thought was a "good looking Accord" Paula was also attentive to the time, if I may be hungry, needed a drink or even offered the opportunity for me to simply take a walk and stretch my legs. It wasn't that I was sitting along time ... it was more about making my time there enjoyable and definitely comfortable. The new building is fantastic and they have a great kids room (watched as Paula made sure a video was playing for the children who's Dad was waiting in their service department). I could go on and on ... I have already referred a couple of friends Paula's way knowing she'll take great care of them as she did me! Thank you Paula Redden!!! More

I feel that the staff was respectful and patient throughout the process, and I never felt rushed or ashamed to ask a "dumb question." I found the vibe throughout the whole place to be positive and upbeat. I am really happy with my decision to purchase from this dealership. I specifically worked with Alec Parmer and Sarah Northrop, and both were professional, personable, and kind. I had to go back a few days later to pick up something that I had left behind, and another employee helped answer some questions I had about the new car. He was also very helpful and friendly. More

Great service After a drive from Florida to Jackson MS, Chattanooga,TN, Bethlehme PA, Whiteplains NY to Northwood NH we decided thecar needed an oil change. We had just gotten out of the car when a man started vacumning the interior. Tawny Reyes took our information and directed us to a large pleasant waiting area. After a short wait our car was ready; the oil changed, fluid levels inspected, tire inflationchecked and corrected as needed, clean and lubed the door hinges and window channels,checked the exterior lightsand inspected the wipers. ALL THIS WAS DONE WITH A SMILE. iF I COULD I WOULD ALWAYS BRING MY oDDESSY TO DOVER hONDA BUT IT IS JUST TOO FAR TO DRIVE FROM CLEARWATER FL. More
