Ken did a great job writing up my order and sent me a text to keep in touch during my wait. All services were completed about 40 minutes earlier than estimated and I was able to use $30 in rewards points text to keep in touch during my wait. Service is top tier and would not take my Honda anywhere else, but express oild change took 90 mins which hardly seems like express to me.
