What truly set Charley apart was his incredible patience. He never rushed or pressured us into making a decision. Instead, he took the time to understand our preferences and concerns. He patiently addressed each of our questions, allowing us to make an informed choice at our own pace. Once we decided on a color/trim, he also provided friendly updates as we waited for the vehicle to ship. The communication could not have been better. Our overall experience was first-class, including our final interaction with Heather, a member of the finance team.
