I don't fault anyone for how busy the dealership was the Saturday before Easter but I wish there were some extra staff working. My husband my I waited over two hours just to meet with financing. Paula was great she kept checking in on us me apologizing. We knew it was not her fault it was just a little frustrating after choosing the car because of the number of people purchasing at the same time clogged up the procees. Even with this experience with financiancing we will purchase another cr from Paula! More

After we went in and she quickly found the exact model we were interested in. She was quick in getting us an answer on financing and before we new it the car was ours to drive home. Paula made it very quick and painless and did not even try to push us into something we didn't want. I will definately do business there again. More

We were working with another Honda dealer and filled out paperwork to begin the purchase of a vehicle from them based on their information that the color we wanted was not offered in the model we wanted. However we found out that was not correct by passing the vehicle with the color we wanted on our ride home. Online we found this dealership had one and rode over at 8am the next day to check it out. Paula greeted us very shortly after arriving to see if she could answer any questions. After explaining we were part-way through a purchase elsewhere essentially settling for a color were not crazy about, she made sure with other staff we could walk away from that other vehicle and get the one they had. She was so pleasant and thoughtful and concerned for us to be happy with the new purchase. Being an employee owned dealership seems to make this a true team environment. Even the General Manager took a moment to introduce herself and greet us. After all the numbers were crunched, we ended up not only with the model and color we wanted but with a significant additional savings over the first one! Looking forward to the first maintenance appointment to say hi to Paula again. More
