I have bought 3 Honda's in the last 6 years at three separate dealerships and this was by far the best experience. Now some of this may be contributed to the fact I didn't have a trade in this time around so there was less to haggle over, but even so everything about this purchase was great. I went in a month ago with a certain price in mind. We couldn't come to a deal that day, but at no point did I feel overly pressured. Bob and Paula were both very professional and I enjoyed working with them even though we couldn't make a deal. This past Monday Bob called me to let me know there were new Honda promotions and to see if was still in the market. The new promotions got the price within $200 of my original ask. However there was an additional promotion going on for the same car I wanted but with Navigation, which was actually cheaper than without. 500 less than my original ask. Problem is they didn't have any on the lot. Dover Honda was able to meet a quote I had been given from an out of town dealership and get the color combination I wanted from another dealership as well. Bob and company were great. Bob kept me updated throughout the process as they tried to get the car I wanted. If you have ever bought a Honda before your probably know about "The Survey". I think the thing that stood out most is Bob or anyone else at Dover Honda for that matter never mentioned "The Survey" until I was about to drive away, and it was only a just so you know, and I'd appreciate if you could take a few minutes to fill it out. My last two purchase at other Honda dealerships as soon as a sale was verbally agreed to everything was about "the survey". Another difference between this purchase and past purchases was the finance person. Sarah was quick, and not at all pushy when it came to extras. Again a major change from what I was used to. If your in the market for a new Honda certainly shop around so you get the best price, but then take your quote over to Bob at Dover Honda, they will treat your right. More
That was easy I found the car online on CarGurus. Made an appt to test drive it the next day. My sales rep, Ryan, was very helpful. I was there to see a used Prius they had taken in on trade. Once I had finished the test drive, I knew this was the car I was looking for. Could I have saved a few more $$$? Possibly, but I felt the amount we had decided on was fair. I was presented with add-on options, but no one twisted my arm to take them, which I really appreciated. After having the car for a couple days, I see some places that could have used some touch-up paint and am confident if I contact Ryan, he will take care of it. More

Car buying with ease I used true car to get a good price on our new Pilot. They didn’t have a color combination trim level that my wife liked so they went and got one. The I used true car to get a good price on our new Pilot. They didn’t have a color combination trim level that my wife liked so they went and got one. They still honored the True Car price and informed us that we were eligible for a veteran discount as well. Once the car arrived we scheduled time to sign all the paperwork and we were driving off in our new pilot in just a couple hours. More

We went to Dover Honda as we called a few dealers prior to my trip and this one seemed the best. Paula greeted us and was exceptional and very helpful. She is clearly very customer service oriented. Our sales person Al was also exceptional and spent a lot of time with my daughter showing and explaining all of the features to her. They are reasonable and fair. My daughter and I felt very comfortable and were treated very well. More

Total team effort Excellant After realizing there was a need to replace my 10 year old Chevy HHR and the gentle suggestions from my daughter, it was time to start looking for a r After realizing there was a need to replace my 10 year old Chevy HHR and the gentle suggestions from my daughter, it was time to start looking for a replacement for my travel requirements. It was pointed out to me that safety was top priority. Dover Honda was handy and reasonable dealership to start with. We were not disappointed and upon entering the showroom we were meet by Allan Lepler. He was eager to help after hearing what we were interested in and led us to the CR-V in the show room. His knowledge was thorough and without being pushy or over eager he explained everything the car had to offer. When I showed an interest in the CR-V EX he offered me a test drive which I did, and was interested in what the car had to offer. We returned to the showroom and meet Paula (and Charlie) did some light wheeling and dealing, settled on a deal and finished off with excellent financial help from Marsha. Finished the day off by meeting with Ric Rynerson and driving away with my new CR-V. A real beauty. More
