A lasting Impression A year and one-half ago we first met Allan Lepler at Dover Honda when we were interested in driving a Pilot. After test driving a CR-V and a Pilot we were interested in purchasing the Pilot but due to limited inventory and we did not make a purchase. Two weeks ago when we saw the lease incentives offered by Honda on a HR-V, and being in the market for a new car, we immediately made an appointment to meet with Allan. Allan is a good listener intent on learning the customers expectations of a new vehicle and knowledgeable about which Hondas to recommend. He enjoys interacting with people, presenting the customer with the data and encouraging the customer to make the decision. Allan is intent on helping his customers learn why a Honda makes a good choice for their driving needs. We sincerely appreciate his respect for our decision in this major purchase. It never felt like he was pressuring us to buy a car! We took a HR-V for a test drive after lunch and drove our leased car home after dinner. The process was easy and efficient. Allan explained every step in the process and there were no delays. When we are ready to purchase another Honda we will go directly to talk with Allan! More

My rep was very professional and I was treated fairly. However the issue still exists. Again I feel the rep was excellent. However the two main issues I brought the car in for are not fixed and only secondary issues have been repaired. I will end up having to take the car to my garage rather than a dealer to have the issue fixed which is extremely disappointing after a full day at the dealership and $800. One issue I was told Could not be duplicated, happens every time I drive the car and happened on my way home from service. More
