He responds promptly, and answers all our questions about features and pricing on the latest models. If Dover doesn't have the exact car we're looking for, he'll find it for us. Our most recent car purchase went quickly & smoothly, thanks to Rick and Business Manager Marsha, unlike other dealerships we'd used where you were seemingly held hostage to a long, drawn out process. As older, tech-challenged folks, Rick made sure our settings were correct in the vehicle, and made a valiant attempt to educate us on using this car's latest features. Well done, Dover Honda! More

The process was smooth, easy , quick & efficient Recently completed my second acquisition of a Honda Pilot Touring from Rick Stern at Dover Honda. The process was smooth, easy , quick & efficient. There was no high pressure and they were very fair on my trade-in allowance. The first time I dealt there was a purchase but this time I leased because the leasing deals were so good. I tried to compare proposed deals for the same car with 3 other NH Honda dealers- the experience with those other dealers was degrading at best and a complete waste of my time. Next time I will simply call Rick Stern. More
