Had an appointment at 11:15am. Left the car I never heard back from anyone. When I called at 5:45 PM they told me that the service department was closed. The next morning the service rep contacted me, At eight in the morning and said she would call me back when my car was ready to be picked up. She never called me and after seven additional hours, I called and they told me my car had been ready for some time. The lack of communication and the customer service was terrible. More

Dealership is great but . .... the 3 times I have gone in to get my oil change I wait in the waiting room.
