I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE BUT MENTIONED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. THE DEALER DID A DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND ADVISED ME THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE ENGINE. MY VEHICLE WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. THE DEALER DID A DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND ADVISED ME THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE ENGINE. MY VEHICLE WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR A MONTH AS THE SERVICE ADVISOR MENTIONED THAT THE ENGINE WOULD BE REPLACED. ONCE I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON DISPLAY. I MENTIONED IT TO THE SERVICE ADVISOR BUT DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT IT. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW MY CAR WAS AT THE DEALER FOR A MONTH GETTING REPAIED N YET THEY TURNED IT INTO ME THE SAME WAY I LEFT IT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. NOW MY CAR DOESNT DRIVE N FEEL THE SAME AS IT DID FROM THE START. More

Kevin helped us on 1/18. I had visited two other Hyundai dealers in-person and several online. We got a super deal on a “used” new car (used by dealer GM) however he really went to bat for us on pricing. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! I didn’t know when we test drove the car that it was “used”/new. I wish that was conveyed up front however it would not have impacted our decision to move forward. Also I wish the dealership did a slightly better job cleaning the car - white paint spot was left on the back window. I don’t recall the name of the Finance professional we worked with but he was stellar! More

The most recent example (out of 3x) of the lack of professionalism and communication. Before driving to Downey I confirmed that the part needed had been received at the dealership. The admin I sp professionalism and communication. Before driving to Downey I confirmed that the part needed had been received at the dealership. The admin I spoke with confirmed with the parts department that they had the part and she confirmed my appointment date, time. I made the trip to Downey ,dropped off the car then approximately 4 hours later the service advisor called me to say that “We don’t have your part, you need to pick up your car today”. At that point, I requested a print out of the scheduled repair but he said that he couldn’t print a price quote for me at that moment Rather he said, look at my computer screen. It was very confusing. I returned a week + later to get the part installed. Unfortunately when I did go to pay the price of the repair increased by almost $100.00. I was verbally quoted $505.00 however my charge was almost $600.00. Immediately it made sense why he promised but never emailed me a price quote. Each visit to this dealership has been riddled with miscommunication, lack of service and professionalism. I am convinced that the employees do not care about their customers. Three bad experiences at one location is too many. I will not return nor will I purchase another Hyundai. More
