I was disappointed on my first service at Downey. I been waiting for 5 hours just because my car got recalled. 4 hours past by I l went to asked the lady that help me in the beginning. She said the computer was stop and they have to do again. That’s kinda understand. My 5 hours past by my car was arrived with car wash. I mean soaking car with no wipe.
