Went if for a recall to make the vehicle harder to steal, they tried to buy it from me and I turned down their low-ball offer. This dealership started out great, made and appointment and got my car checked in. After that the person I worked with did not update me at all. I would call and she wouldn’t call back and I would text and and got my car checked in. After that the person I worked with did not update me at all. I would call and she wouldn’t call back and I would text and I would still get no response. I called again and asked to speak with a manager directly. The front desk lady said okay and asked what it was concerning and who. I told her and she transferred me to the lady that had been originally helping me, very rude. Once I finally got a hold of a manager he told me something completely different than the original lady had been telling me. Mind you they had my car for over a month at this point. So yeah not happy with the service. The manager was very kind though. More

Recall install was fine but they blasted the clear coat off the side mirror even though I specifically said to not wash it. Also service was slow so I had to get someone else at the front desk to assist me off the side mirror even though I specifically said to not wash it. The staff in general are very friendly; however, Alex was the one who assisted me, and he was very courteous, professional and attentive to my needs.
