First Service-First Impression My first experience w/the Cadillac service center was good. My car was basically ready when they said it would be...I only had to wait in the lounge a My first experience w/the Cadillac service center was good. My car was basically ready when they said it would be...I only had to wait in the lounge area for a short time. While waiting in the lounge, I tried the coffee bar provided, this is where I was shocked. That coffee machine prepared the worst cappuccino drink I ever had. Horrible!! Not sure if it was the coffee bean used or the machine itself but the should be changed. Besides that, the experience was OK More

The Impossible Dream Between being on workers comp disability and not being able to work plus having my previous vehicle classified as being “totaled” after a hit and run Between being on workers comp disability and not being able to work plus having my previous vehicle classified as being “totaled” after a hit and run accident I felt that I be in a very bad position to purchase a vehicle.
