Bought Used Car Quickly: Had a Great Experience My high mileage car broke down, and I had it towed to and serviced at Duke. It was time for a new car anyways, so I looked online at Duke's inventory My high mileage car broke down, and I had it towed to and serviced at Duke. It was time for a new car anyways, so I looked online at Duke's inventory. I found a car I liked and submitted a request for more information on Duke's website. I got a text message asking if I wanted to test drive the car; I said yes, and Stan Bell picked me up in the used car at my work. I drove it for a few miles and then parked it at the dealership and checked it out. It had been detailed very well, and looked great (looked exactly like the photos on their website, and all the car's information was accurate as well). The price was fair and they offered me a fair trade in value for my broken down car (before the diagnosis on why it broke down was done, which was really nice of them). I declined the trade-in offer though and decided to keep the car and fix it myself. Everyone was really nice and I never felt pressured to buy anything. I would definitely recommend Duke Automotive to everyone. They are all honest and kind people; you can't find this level of customer service anywhere else in Hampton Roads. More
