I have used Duke Automotive for service for about 5 years now and have never had any problems with the service department. The staff is always friendly and makes every effort to make your experience the bes now and have never had any problems with the service department. No pressure, very easy to look and test drive whatever suits your needs with no pressure. Very knowledgable with other dealers in the 7 cities area and very accurate pricing as compared to the other dealers. Price actually better. If I need service on my car or truck, I have no problem getting an appointment within a short period o kindness, friendliness, respect, and honesty.
