My husband and I purchased a 2011 cadillac srx on June 18 2011. We worked with Jerry Butler on the purchase of this vehicle. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the dealership did not have the S 2011. We worked with Jerry Butler on the purchase of this vehicle. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the dealership did not have the SRx that we were looking for but Jerry was able to locate the SRX at another dealership and arranged for transfer to Duke Automotive. After the SRX was transferred to Duke Automotive there was no pressure from Jerry to purchase the vehicle. Jerry answered all of our questions and provided us with the cost of the vehicle. We decided to purchase the vehicle on Wednesday and made arrangements with Jerry to complete the transaction on Saturday June 18th. Eley Duke completed the paperwork for the SRX purchase. He explained and answered all questions about the total cost and financing of the vehicle. Jerry explained all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and ask us to call or come back if we had any questions or problems. It was a great experience at Duke Automotive as always. This was a great car buying experience. Stan was friendly, knows the product well and was able to explain how everything works very effectively without overwhelming me. He gave quotes before doing any work, he gave helpful tips for things that I asked him, he was very thorough in letting me know exactly what was going on and when and why. We take our car to Duke for two of our cars. Before Scott, we didn't have the best luck sometimes (being honest here). I was actually nervous bringing the car back to Duke. I'm VERY fortunate to have had Scott as my Agent helping me. He helped give me confidence back in Duke and its services to keep coming back when I need to again in the future.
