James Delgado Senior is a rude person, who doesn't respect women's, he was yelling at me for a mistake the Dealer has made with my papers. I have to spend 6 days going to the dealer every day to close respect women's, he was yelling at me for a mistake the Dealer has made with my papers. I have to spend 6 days going to the dealer every day to close the deal, I have to leave work early, drive for an hour and then wait at the dealer for almost 2 hours so finally they said that I have to comeback later or next day. They don't respect people time, they just want to make a sale and when you have signed the papers, they don't care about you any more. If you have any problems or questions, they will ignore you and treat you like your bothering them. This is the last time I go to this dealer and I definitely wont recommend anybody to shop here. Specially if Mr. Delgado is there. More

Do not shop at this dealership. The customer support is terrible and they try to rip you off. Go down the street and spend your hard earned money anywhere other than here. She told me lies that my check was sent out months ago which i found to be untrue when I had to drive into the dealership and speak to her replacement. Great. So I call up the General Sales Manager at this place Tommy Omar. I left him two voicemails with tons of details and my information to call me back.. Guess what, no call back.. Thats okay. I am going to post my 1 star review everywhere including better business bureau. More
