Do not shop at this dealership. The customer support is terrible and they try to rip you off. Go down the street and spend your hard earned money anywhere other than here. I have been waiting on a refund check for now over 3 months. After getting the run-around from their Finance Manager ( April ) who was eventually fired for doing this to many people. She told me lies that my check was sent out months ago which i found to be untrue when I had to drive into the dealership and speak to her replacement. Great. So I call up the General Sales Manager at this place Tommy Omar. I left him two voicemails with tons of details and my information to call me back.. Guess what, no call back.. Thats okay. I am going to post my 1 star review everywhere including better business bureau. More

I would recommend this dealer for getting me the car I wanted (they did not have the color interior/exterior in stock) at the price I wanted (price advertised online). They were able to get the car quickly so I could take advantage of lower interest rate. The staff was helpful and friendly - and I felt I could ask questions without feeling foolish. The staff offered drinks and wanted the customer to feel welcome. The showroom/service area has a great coffee and hot chocolate machine that will make service appointments more comfortable. I went to one other Subaru dealer 6 months prior to this visit (when I wasn't serious about buying), so I don't have a lot to compare this Subaru dealer to - but I would recommend. Jerry was my internet sales person and he was very helpful and honest. More

Visited this dealership as we got a reasonable quote on a Subaru Outback. The car we saw online wasn't in stock. The sales rep had told us we could reserve that car by writing a check that would not be cashe Subaru Outback. The car we saw online wasn't in stock. The sales rep had told us we could reserve that car by writing a check that would not be cashed until we confirmed we wanted to move forward with a purchase. We ended up buying an Outback at another dealership the next day. We then spent several days trying to get someone to contact us back since we canceled the order with the sales rep, and they had already processed the deposit. No one called us back or responded to our emails. The manager was finally able to email us back through this site after I initially submitted a negative review. So this site is effective in that regard. We were ultimately able to get the refund we expected. I will say however, clear communications isn't this dealership's best trait. The manager (Tommy) told us on Saturday the check would be ready the next day and asked if we would like to pick it up. We took him up on the offer. He later tells us that's not possible as the finance person isn't available. Isn't that contradictory to telling us the refund would be ready? Anyway, Tommy offers to be present at the dealership on Monday morning instead. I arrive Monday morning and he isn't around. When I called his mobile, it went straight to voicemail and his staff can't reach him. The staff member who tried reaching Tommy was kind enough to have someone come to my workplace to drop off the check later that day when it was actually ready. So overall, I finally did get the resolution I expected but it took too much effort and there was constant miscommunication (or no communication) along the way. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience since we got our issue resolved, and the last person we dealt with was very nice and followed through (which is why I rated them a 3 in Customer Service - otherwise they would've gotten the lowest score). I just wouldn't recommend them. Too much hassle. More

While some sales people are concerned about your money, Ashante genuinely cares about his clients and does what's best for *them*. I walked in uncertain as to whether I could even get a car and Ashante promised they'd find a way. What Dulles Motorcars did for me from that point is nothing short of a miracle. I know I would not have had the experience I had anywhere else and not only do I now own a beautiful Kia, but it's the car of my dreams. Dulles Motorcars and Ashante Duncan have truly been an answer to my prayers. More
