I have known Jeff since elementary school and our children went to school together. So I came to Jeff to look for a vehicle to replace my Jeep that got smashed by another driver. If I hadn't of talked to Jeff it would have been Tim Saville as I went to school with him also. I tend to be loyal to people I know if they have been decent in the past. The dealership means nothing to me as I don't know the owner nor have ever met them. It was a personal relationship with sales personnel. I have had my Escape serviced once and everything was fine and the Service Manager was great and appeared to be serious about his job. I used to work as a mechanic years ago so when he explained an issue I knew he wasn't xx-ing me. That builds respect in my world. Steve More
We selected this dealer because we were friends with the manager and had purchased from them in the past, before buying our new Ford F-150 Raptor. The sales person we worked with was Ron Ginger. While we met a number of people, all of whom were very helpful, Ron Ginger worked with us from the start, and went out of his way to answer every question and to get all the information we wanted. He went with us for a test drive, and took personal interest in our situation as we were evaluating which vehicle to buy. There was never any pressure, and he put us in contact with another Raptor owner who was also very helpful. Ron is extremely customer focused, was exceptionally friendly, and really wanted us to find the right vehicle for our needs. It was a pleasure dealing with him. we love our Raptor and we get asked about the truck whenever we go anywhere. We have had it off road a time or two and have used it on snowstorms. It holds the road like no other vehicle we have owned. In addition to an excellent sales experience, the service department at Duncan is by far the best we have encountered. We are having all our service performed there. The service area is incredibly clean, and the people are friendly and they take all the time needed to understand the problem. My husband and I came to Duncan in the late summer as we began our search for a vehicle. We met Shawn Allen and were very straight forward with him that we were not planning on buying immediately. Shawn told us that he wanted us to have the best experience possible. He showed us multiple cars. We returned several other times (Sometimes with our kids, sometimes alone), and ended up buying a new Mazda 6 much earlier than we had planned to. Shawn was friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, patient, and wonderful. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone even just looking! More

After looking at mileages and taking a few test drives, we decided that a Ford Edge would best suit our preferences. It's got good mileage, and handles like a dream. Jeff McCoy helped us every step of the way and couldn't have been nicer answering all our questions and concerns. In my opinion Gerry McCann and Jeff McCoy are truly super representatives of Duncan Ford. More

This has been difficult to submit. I found the dealership outstanding. It is important to me to have a terrific service department. It was impressive to meet and talk to some of the people I would be speaking to in the future for servicing the car. They took time to speak and tell me how happy they were to work for the Duncan team. I was surprised to hear how long some of them had been there. ( I think that says a lot about the dealership ) The longer I use the dealership the more happy I am to have them as the people to go to with the car. I was anxious to help my granddaughter buy her first car. We needed it to be fairly new and dependable. We found a great deal at Duncan, Ford, Lincoln in Blacksburg. We found the listing online, of a 2011 To We needed it to be fairly new and dependable. We found a great deal at Duncan, Ford, Lincoln in Blacksburg. We found the listing online, of a 2011 Toyota Corolla, with low mileage and a great price, and emailed a request to view the vehicle. We got a quick response. The Toyota Corolla was located at another Duncan dealership, but Blacksburg Duncan said they would be glad to bring it to the Blacksburg lot so that we could test drive it. It was brought the next day. We came in right after work and Guy Houseman showed it to us. After test driving it and Guy showing us all of the details of the car, we decided to purchase it. Guy helped us fill out our paperwork and worked with us about trading in one of my other vehicles. It did not take long before everything was ready to go. My granddaughter is very pleased with the car and hopes to have it for many years. Thanks to Guy and Duncan for a very pleasant experience. More
Steve Price is the reason I purchased a new 2009 Ford Fusion. Steve takes time to talk with and get to know his customer. It was a very relaxed experience. He is very low keyed and I felt no pressure whatsoever. He didn't rush off to take phone calls or wait on other customers while working with us. Steve let us take our time and answered all of our questions. Once we made a decision and shook hands with Steve, the paperwork process flowed smoothly. Steve goes the extra mile for his customers. At the time we purchased our Fusion he told us we could drop by and have our car washed at any time. The first or second time I took the car by to be washed, it had been pulled out the other side of the building and was waiting for me. Steve saw me and came out to say hi and ask about the car. He walked around the car and noted the wheels were dirty. He went inside, came back with a cleaner and rag and cleaned the wheels himself. That kind of attention to his customers satisfaction is what will keep us coming back to Steve whenever we are looking to purchase a new or used car. More

I actually drove the car home that day. This buy far was the best buying experience I have had with a dealership since moving to Virginia years ago. Duncan is fortunate to have such a friendly and courteous sales staff. I have now owned the car for almost 2 months and have absolutely no regrets! Thanks:) More

I have been dealing with the Duncan's and their employees since they repaired a car for me while I was in College in the early 80's. Me, family, friends, business associates and my companies purchased cars and trucks from the Duncan dealerships. They have always had top notch, helpful employees such as the ones I listed and all the others there while visiting the dealership or calling. I wish I could deal with them all, everyone there is polite and helpful. It makes it worth the 2 hour one way ride. I have dealt with many dealerships closer to home but Duncan exceeds in customer service and satisfaction. When I have tried to purchaser at those other Ford dealers if Duncan Ford was not in business I probably would have purchased another brand and stop buying Fords. They always treat me with respect, and in a courteous professional manner. If they have or can get the type and brand I want I will always deal with them. More
