I had shopped a total of 7 dealerships and the service that Justin provided us was unmatched. I don't like the wheeler dealer part of buying a car. At another dealership earlier in the day, we first had to to meet and great a front man, tell him what we wanted, test drive, and then when we want to discuss price, he puts you with the "money man". Then the money man surveys you with "what will it take for you to buy this car"? My husband and I both look at him and said "price". Then he says "On a scale from 1 to 10, how bad do you want it"....Okay a "6" we say...we have our checkbook...The money man goes and talks to the decision maker and then comes back with a price that after you added the taxes, was the same price that he started with....We Leave.... My husband had emailed Justin earlier in the day to see if he would take $25,000 for the Toyota Venza he had advertised on-line. Justin called him and left a voice message that he would be glad to help us. We decided to drive to Duval Acura to check the car out...even though Justin told us in advance that it did not have the heated seats or the back-up camera I wanted. When we arrived, Justin had the car out front, and immediately greated us with the keys. During the test drive, he provided information to us about the features it had. Justin did not play the "game". He was straightforward with what he had in the car and what he could sell it for. I almost decided to "sleep on it" and Justin did not pressure me. On my way out of his office, I looked at the again....it was pretty and priced right...I decided to purchase it without going down the street to Arlington Toyota. I knew Justin's offer was on target. Justin had it detailed that night and we picked it up the next day. I road with him to get gas for the car and not only was he a good car salesperson, he came across as honest, professional, and customer focused. I would say that he was an internal part of me purchasing the vehicle, but I think it may have been the rubber mat in the cargo area. (The previous owner had purchased it especially for the Venza). Just kidding...I love the car and I have absolutely no compliants of Justin's service. I really appreciated him and will recommend your dealership and Justin to my friends...both are quality!! I enjoyed the whole buying experience of my 1st Acura, the staff was very friendly, snacks were available and the facility was clean; I was in and out in less than two hours. Before I bought my car from Duval Acura, I hated talking to car sales people. During most of my car search, the sleazy stigma that people attribute to used car sales people had rung true. Justin was different though. He seemed to be a normal guy who I genuinely shared many interests with. He wasn't just placating me the whole time so I would find him agreeable. He was straight forward about the bottom line price of the vehicle and he did a good job at getting me what I thought was a reasonable trade-in value for my old truck. He got me approved for a low APR even though I was a first time buyer and I can say that I left Duval Acura pleased with my purchase. More

This dealership told us we were approved for a 2010 Nissan Maxima. We filled out all paperwork, signed and left with the car. After 2 weeks, they call us and tell us we need to bring the car back. The bank would not approve us for the amount of the car. 2 WEEKS NOW! NOT 2 DAYS! My husband and I already spent money on the new car. Mack was very rude and wanted to laugh at us when we were upset. He threatened to even come take the car. Who's fault is it? Not ours...that's your job to make sure the customer is approved before they leave the lot. What kind of business would let you leave with the car anyways when it is not for certain? We spoke with Daniel also. He was no help. It seems as they are your best friends when you come to buy the car, and if something falls through they all turn their cheek, mad ...because of their screw up and because they "lost money," ohhh you poor things!
