Once we decided on a lease, paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. The dealership also provided an accessory at no cost to us which we greatly appreciated. The new car was clean and ready for us to drive home very quickly. Roger spent time with my wife pairing her iPhone, and reviewing features of her new MDX. We left, very satisfied customers. More

Over my adult life I have bought or leased a great many cars, some experiences with dealerships and salespersons better than others. Today I concluded one of the best car purchasing experiences primarily d cars, some experiences with dealerships and salespersons better than others. Today I concluded one of the best car purchasing experiences primarily due to my salesman Roger Slavens. Roger was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the two day process. Patiently he showed me several different cars, fully answered all of my questions and never once made me feel pressured. Even during the negotiation process, he objectively and respectfully considered my suggestions. Finally, when I took possession of my new Acura, he answered every question I had about the many features of the car. Management at Duval Acura should be very pleased with Roger's representation. I recommend him highly. More

Roger by far was the best sales person I have dealt with since I moved to Florida! He expedited everything for me and drove a car across the state for me because I wanted a certain color and he made sure I since I moved to Florida! Tim was just a joy to work with. We had just lost our much loved 2006 Lucerne, and he made us feel as though he really cared while showing us the 2013 Buick Lacrosse that was in like new condition. He answered all of our questions, allowed us ample time to test drive the Lacrosse, and patiently guided us through the paperwork process when we bought the car. He had everything ready for us when we returned to pick up the car, and was genuinely happy for us when he saw us on our way. We really enjoyed working with him. He is a great asset for Duval Acura. Everyone that we dealt with at Duval Acura treated us as though we mattered. We love this car. More

I just purchased a used 2014 Chevy Corvette from Duval Acura. The entire process was done completely online and was seemless. They even delivered the car to South Carolina and picked up my trade in! Roger Acura. The entire process was done completely online and was seemless. They even delivered the car to South Carolina and picked up my trade in!
