My experience with Duval Acura Service Department has been horrible. I purchased a certified MDX in September of 2019. Duval Acura Service Department has attempted and failed to fix one concerns that was present (was repaired at another Acura dealership) and has been unreasonable in addressing another issue that should have been taken care of prior to the sale of my vehicle. After being a Lexus owner for the past 20 years the customer service experience and service at Duval Acura is very disappointing and not customer focused. More
