Buying a car was a breeze I've bought and leased cars before but those experiences were not nearly as pleasant and seamless as my experience with Duval Ford. They both went the extra miles to see that I got the car I wanted for a price I could afford. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone who has had bad experiences in the past with car dealers. They will make your car search fun! More

What I loved most was the fact that he made the sale contingent on passing my mechanic's inspection. The vehicle passed with flying colors and once I went into finance Chris got me out in 15min. The atmosphere there is focused on customer service and Mike Murdock is the man to see. No pressure sales and very calm environment. Mike helped us find the right vehicle and vehicle options for the best price. The vehicle that we finally decided on was way buried in the back lot. Even though it was very late, Mike took my family and I back to go see the vehicle. We had to go through the construction but that just shows how much Mike wanted to find the vehicle that was the one we wanted. Mike's demeanor was very professional even with two squirmy children. We love our new F150 and want to thank Mike Murdock for all his help! More

I've worked with Sherrod Anderson for several months to find the right truck. We finally found the one that was perfect and worked throughout the day to make the deal fit for both of us. Sherrod's manager, Matt Tudor became involved in negotiations and after a little give on both sides, we agreed to the deal! I was very excited to pick up my new truck. I had several business appointments and told him I would stop by between them, which I did, and be there after my last one to sign the paperwork. So then I get a text message while in my last appointment telling me that they sold the truck!! They gave me a story saying that the owners trumped them and sold it out from under me-my response was that makes it worse that the owners would do that to a customer! The last I heard from Matt was, "Don't worry, we're going to make this right." That was over a month ago and I haven't heard a peep. More

Terrible dealership i had inquired about a cobra they had 3 times and my sales person was lance Lindsey, I'm a internet shopper due to the 2 hour drive. Multiple Vehicles for a Good Reason. I first found Duval Ford back in 2013 for my new F150 FX2. Since my first purchase, I've bought 2- 2016 Transit 150 & Transit 250's for my business. M I first found Duval Ford back in 2013 for my new F150 FX2. Since my first purchase, I've bought 2- 2016 Transit 150 & Transit 250's for my business. My most recent purchase is a 2017 F250 FX4. The only... I mean ONLY reason I have continued to buy from them is because of "Gunny" Moore. He is fantastic to work with and looks out for the buyer. I would recommend for anyone to go to Duval Ford but I sincerely hope that when you do, you ask for Gunny by name. You will be in great hands. A straight-shooter and always follows through. More
