A new customer for life I had a bad experience at another Ford dealership so I checked out what Duval had to offer. They had what I was looking for and I made them an offer. I had a bad experience at another Ford dealership so I checked out what Duval had to offer. They had what I was looking for and I made them an offer. All of this was done online. They came in below my offer. I went to the dealership to finish up the deal. When I got there they explained they had made a mistake on their price and it was more than my offer. Mike and Renard apologized profusely knowing that I had an issue the day before with someone else. Mike explained the mistake and went over everything he had done to get the best price he could for me. When he was finished explaining the numbers he told me he understood if I didn't want to go through the deal and he would fill my tank with gas to make the trip worthwhile. After going through the numbers, I agreed to the deal which was only $1500 dollars more than my original offer and still less than the number I had in mind I would go up to. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. I truly appreciated their honesty and really explaining how the numbers added up and what they did to get it to where it was. It may have been an hour drive for me to get there and when they told me about the mistake, I was ready to move along to the next place until they explained it all to me. Their customer service was exceptional. I work hard for my money and will spend it based on customer service. This is a situation where they won my business. I know where to go to buy my next Ford without a doubt. Job well done guys and thanks. I would give them more than a 5 rating, but that's as high as it will let me go. More
