don't use them. A couple days ago this place tried to trick me into thinking not being able to negotiate a price was a good thing. Some far fetched "market price" word was the salesman favorite. Although apparently kelly blue book isn't market price to them. They wanted about 10k more than everything iv seen for the similar vehicle in atlanta and other areas. When questions were asked about dents in the trucks bed he told me that it really doesn't matter because the truck can handle it. Their no hidden price was 38k.... which turned out to be 42k, once they brought out,you guessed it, hidden prices. All in all they are wolves in sheep's clothing. Stay clear. Do you're research on the vehicle and don't let them swindle you into thinking they are giving you the best price on the sticker price. P.s. trade in value for my low milage diesel F-250 was insulting. More

Our goal was to get our son financed in our 13 Dodge Ram 1500, using 2 vehicles as trade. NONE of the Dodge dealerships could guarantee us that my son would be able to get financing to be able to get our 13 Dodge, but Jim Brown, and William Law at Duval Ford made a promise and kept it, which let's be honest, car dealerships don't always hold up their end of the deal. Usually there is something that is sprung in on you later. But not with these guys here, we now have a 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty, and my son ended up with the truck that he had been wanting. I did have an appointment and did have to wait a extra few minutes because there was three cars in front of me when i got there so i dont think having an appointment matters because i still had to wait.
