It was Sunday afternoon after mass I was contacted by Jim Brown who offered me a deal I thought would never materialize. I had been doing my homework for about two weeks on a C-Max. I became very familiar with the pricing for the trim level I was interested in. Over the course of the last two weeks I visited 3 other Ford dealerships who all tried to justify their pricing which was more than I wanted to spend. One trip on Sunday afternoon I got the car and color I wanted and two trim levels higher than what I wanted all for a lower price than the less featured car I had been pricing. Drove home with it that same Sunday and am loving the C-Max. I would recommend Duval Ford any day of the week. Nick B More

Today I called three different Ford dealerships according to distance from my home to get some service for my truck. After telling each my problem, I was quoted a different price all over $50! When I called Duval Ford, they told me there would be NO CHARGE for this service and set me an appointment that day. :) When I arrived, immediately after entering the service department I was greeted by Cliff Oliveria! I told him about my appointment and why I was there. He told me it would be about 20 minutes and showed me where I could wait. Well, in 20 minutes my truck was done. He showed me everything I needed to know, no charge. I plan to do all my business with Duval Ford, even if it means driving further!! It is nice to see a company that still believes in old fashion values! Thank you Cliff for making this experience EASY for me! :) More
