Working with Rafael Delgado at Duval Ford for my used car purchase was great! The absolute most stress free dealership experience I have ever had. I was able to get a lot of the work done via email and text purchase was great! The absolute most stress free dealership experience I have ever had. I was able to get a lot of the work done via email and text which most dealerships will not do. He was great with communication, provided an excellent quote on my used vehicle, and had me out of there and in my new vehicle within a little over an hour. The paper work was the longest part. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the is dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. All around great experience! More
