I went to Duval Ford because of a sale event. I was paired up with Chad Taylor and he treated me like a good friend. If we had met under different conditions we would be friends for life. He listen to what I had to say and delivered the right vehicle for my budget. Next was Billy Brown who dealt with the fiance part. Billy created an atmosphere that even if he could not help us I would return to Duval when I was able to make a purchase. What sealed the deal for me was theservice received after delivery. My 07 Escape needed some cosmetic work done before I could drive it home. After receiving the vehicle it was discovered that tha the windshield had chips in it and the driverside headlight was out. Mind you this is a used vehicle. I was not given the run aroud or made to jump through hoops. My Salesmen Chad Taylor to care of everything. Yes go to Duval Ford and you will be treated with respect and your problems will be solved. More

Very quick call back, E-mailed right away from Duval Ford. Had a phone call from Mike the same day. Internet shopping was quick and easy! Great selection of cars and trucks.
