Soy una clienta feliz el sr Tino fue sin duda la persona correcta para lograr tener mi camioneta simpre amable y positivo me guío y explico cada detalle .. y lo digo por que fui un poco caprichosa o mejor dicho muchooo !! yo quería esa camioneta y el con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo logro Que me llevara a casa mi Ford Ranger lariat 4X4 .. digo esto por que apesar de que soy una cliente joven y mi crédito no llegaba a la madurez requerida ellos buscaron todas las vías posibles para que lograra llevar me justo la camioneta que yo quería. Un día antes fui a otro dealers AutoNation Ford  y la verdad sali muy Desepcionada nos dejaron esperando más de 2 horas y al final nos ignoraron prácticamente y a pesar de que nuestro Inglés no era bueno enviaron a una señora muy seca y cortante hablar con nosotros su amabilidad era cero .. pero Gracias a Dios conseguimos a las personas correctas en Duval Ford sin Duda el mejor servicio al cliente ....
