Upon returning at the estimated time he shared about the reason for the delay and had someone working on it. While waiting Lauren Vining worked with me on preparing for an upcoming rental car. She did a great job preparing the paperwork and details for me. While she was working, I had the opportunity to talk with Michael Taylor who was very courteous and engaging. Taysha Diaz I went through a recent process with Ford Motor company and Ford Credit regarding a replacement vehicle as my 2017 Ford Focus was potentially a lemon. I went through a recent process with Ford Motor company and Ford Credit regarding a replacement vehicle as my 2017 Ford Focus was potentially a lemon. Working through all off the behind the scenes work with Ford Motor company it was time for me to go into the dealership to pick out my replacement vehicle. Upon arriving I spoke with a gentleman who set me up with Taysha. When I arrived at the dealership Taysha was very helpful and understanding of the process I was going through. She walked me through everything and we found the new vehicle I was choosing as a replacement. I can say without Taysha this process would have been way worse. She was on her game. Would respond promptly to messages and answered my calls whenever I needed to ask a question. Finally yesterday over a almost 2 month process I signed all the documents and finally my 2017 Ford Focus was replaced with a 2018 Ford Focus. Taysha THANK YOU for everything!! More

When we entered the showroom, Frederick greeted us immediately and asked the purpose of our visit and insured us that he could be of help. We told him what we had liked at on the lot and he immediately began searching for what we wanted in, hopefully, our new vehicle. Within an hour, we had found what we wanted in a new vehicle and Frederick, “sealed the deal.” He introduced us to Randy in the finance department and in another 20 minutes we had a new car!
