Keeping a honest statement I just want voice my thoughts to the service department. I had no idea that our honest word does not mean anything in the country anymore. I have just purchase a used ford F-250 on 10-16-17. from Patrick Gordon (Thank you) for you patience. We both agreed that the truck was in need of tires. One on the truck already was slightly used. On the I owe you sheet the dealer gives to the customer stated tires which the salesman stated all four tires would be replaced. I had spoke with the salesman and stated he would be getting the paper work finished up and will be installing the new tires that morning . When I drove to the dealer ship I get wordfrom additional service member that I had not met because the one I was suppose to see was not there. Then I get word that you are getting 3 tires. I am exhausted with everything with this Dealer. Once the deal was made I had to turn round and Buy additional Key that was not included. 180.00 for key 80.00 for programming after tax 304.00. in addition no floor mats for the truck. No thank you Dealer I WILL BE GOING SOMEPLACE ELSE. More
