The idea of what I needed was there but not the terminology I stopped by the dealership because my car key remote was not working after I had changed the car battery. He said that he had little experience so he wasn't sure of how much help he would be. So another guy was looking for someone more experienced in deciphering what I needed. Michael had taken the time to try and figure out what the problem was, fixed it in less than two minutes and announced that based own his personal experience with his car, he put in the effort to try. I left the dealership with a huge smile because the fix was as simple as just turning the key multiple times. But I obviously had not figured that out on my own. So a huge thank you to Michael Gigante for fixing my simple yet complicated situation. More

Bryce has patience! It all started 5 years ago when I paid off my Grand Cherokee.... She was in the shop again for repairs and I was in a rental car at a gas station, and could not figure out how to open the cover for gas. That's when I saw the man in a Duval Ford blue shirt and asked for assistance. Your Fleet Manager popped it open and gave me a card. I waited a few more weeks to contact him and he punted me to Bryce. We had a fun time that afternoon, but I still did not want the car payment, so I waited 3-4 weeks until Irma blew through, and decided it was time for Hurricane Alice to hit.
