I have two babies under the age of 3, so time is of the essence, which Gunny completely understood. He brought the car to my house for a test drive and when the paperwork was said and done, he personally delivered it to my place of business. I am so happy I was able to work with such a wonderful salesman. Will I buy from Duval Ford again? If I can work with Gunny again then the answer is 100% absolutely YES! Thank You, my friend!!! More

Shade tree actions dealership rates I took my RV to Duval Ford because the check engine light came on. The first time I took it I received a call from the service advisor that went like I took my RV to Duval Ford because the check engine light came on. The first time I took it I received a call from the service advisor that went like this "it will be $869.00 and you'll be back on the road ". Didn't tell me what was wrong or anything just the price until I asked what the problem was. He explained that the fuel rack sensor needed to be replaced and the fuel system was cleaned. So, I paid, pick it up and drove off. No more than a mile down the road the light came back on so I immediately turned around and took it back. Five days later I get a call from the service advisor stating that the fuel filter was clogged and needed replacement; which they did at no cost to me. The key here is that the original repair was the fuel rack and cleaning of the fuel system. After I picked it up the second time I thought that might be it but no, 2 weeks later the RV is out on a rental and the light come on again. This time the service advisor tells me that the fuel tank must contain debris and the fuel pump needs replacement at $860 dollars. Buyer beware, wouldn't a real dealership check the fuel source prior to cleaning the fuel system? Shade tree and the customer pays, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

My Dream Truck I was looking for a specific truck with specific options in a not-so-common color. I saw a Duval ad and emailed to arrange a test drive and Raynard g I was looking for a specific truck with specific options in a not-so-common color. The drive was very pleasant, but as he described the features to me, I realized that it wasn't the exact truck I was looking for. He then began his tireless effort to go above and beyond the call to find "My Truck". After several near misses and almost a week later, he found it in Orlando and got it to Jax. I met him at the dealership the following day - on my birthday, no less! Just a couple hours later, I was driving my dream truck off the lot! Through the entire process, Raynard kept me informed of the search status and was open and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from him.
