After becoming extremely unhappy, I contacted Duval Ford and spoke to Mr. Brad Gardner. He quickly made my appointment. Upon my arrival to the dealership, he reviewed what had been done by the other dealer. He called me right after the initial evaluation by their tech, and kept me updated along the way. The service was completed with the utmost attention to detail, I was treated extremely well, and my truck was returned to me nicely washed. Brad Gardner and the service department proved I went to the right place, and earned my future business with Duval Ford. More
