New car purchase I was very disappointed the way GM and Elco handled service problems on my old 2012 Equinox. Many were traced back to oil consumption tests run three I was very disappointed the way GM and Elco handled service problems on my old 2012 Equinox. Many were traced back to oil consumption tests run three years prior when my car was at 60,000 miles, certainly under warranty. A year ago GM acknowledged problems with my engine type. Since my car is out of warranty, GM refuses to pay for repairs. I didn’t know GM liability had a miles limit even though there was a history of previous problems while still under warranty. Ryan worked diligently with me to turn a bad situation into a new purchase. If Elco and GM don’t provide adequate support on this purchase, I won’t be shopping with Elco in the future. Kathryn Regopoulois is awesome! Kathryn Regopoulos was the sales consultant who met me when I arrived. She was friendly and knowledgeable and got me into the car that I wanted. We did a test drive and she showed me all of the bells and whistles. She helped me set up the Onstar and even helped me sync my I-phone, after charging it up for me. And she made it all fun. I tried to trade but could not. I tried to trade but could not, the talked poorly of my trade-in. I made offers on 3 vehicles that would work for me. We got to just over $1000 and th I tried to trade but could not, the talked poorly of my trade-in. I made offers on 3 vehicles that would work for me. We got to just over $1000 and thats where it ended. I tried to throw in some other encentives but they wouldnt budge. Kathryn was great, but upper management were a dissapointment. I cant remember the other two guys that were above her on the deal, but they just werent motivated to sell nor make a deal so i left. I think it was a Chris and maybe another guy in business choice rewards. Which i offered to defer..to make the deal....($1000 value)... but i am done.... i have purchased 4 new duramax silverados and 5 or six new chevrolet passenger vehicles in the last few years and have about decided to buy a xxxx Dodge!!! More

In the past 25 years i’ve dealt with friends and complete strangers when it can time to buy. I’ve dealt directly with the owners as well. I’ve grown to almost expect a glitch or something to go wrong during the process. My last purchase from Chrysler/Jeep was hands down the worst (14 mo ago).
