I called to set up an appointment since my husband works a weird schedule and they were able to work with us during the evening so neither of us had to miss work or spend a weekend car shopping. Kathryn called me soon after setting up an appointment and I could instantly tell that she wasn't like most people who work in car sales. She was more concerned about finding us a vehicle that fit our family and life-style than "just trying to make the sale". She had my top choice pulled up front before I even got to the lot and was great at explaining all of the cool new GM features that would be included. After by husband got off work, he came up to Elco and we took the Trax for a test drive. We then met with Brad who went over all of our financials with us to build our best package and loan. Once again we didn't feel pressured like you do at many dealerships to close. Kathryn and Brad were knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. Kathryn has even gone out of her way to continue to follow up with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. Would highly recommend them both again!! More

The only thing that kept me from rating a 5 star id I came there for one specific used truck they had under a certain specifications. The sales person heard this and also sent me other trucks they had other than the 1 used truck I was looking at. I understand sales, however 99% of buyers know exactly what they want and what they want to pay, and I was in that majority.
