I will say, when I tried to use my windshield wiper fluid on the way home we found that it was empty, which was not Ryan's fault, I guess the dealership was just very busy that day and forgot. No big deal, we filled it when we got home, just thought everything would have been full when we purchased it. Other than that, everything went very smoothly! More

New 2018 Malibu LT Red Line Edition I was looking for a new car since my current vehicle was on it's 10th recall. Elco was right down the street from my home so it was the first dealersh I was looking for a new car since my current vehicle was on it's 10th recall. Elco was right down the street from my home so it was the first dealership that I visited to see what inventory was available. I am pretty particular and had my mind set on how much I was going to spend and what features I wanted on my new vehicle. Vito found me a beautiful 2018 Malibu LT Red Line Edition model and was able to help me get my heated leather seats installed quickly after I purchased the car. The whole experience was painless and I am very happy with my new car. I would recommend Vito and Elco to anyone looking to purchase a new Chevy. More

Clean, Fast, Friendly Purchased a new truck from Elco. Negotiated my trade in value over the phone and drove 3.5 hours to make the purchase. I had changed my mind enroute a Purchased a new truck from Elco. Negotiated my trade in value over the phone and drove 3.5 hours to make the purchase. I had changed my mind enroute and wanted to explore a second option that they had on their lot. My salesman Murray was pulling my first choice up to the front when I arrived and quickly located my second. Despite the second being more expensive he made it clear that I was under no pressure and no time limit to think about it. I was given keys to both vehicles and told a suggest route for a test drive if I wanted to follow it, but was able to drive around on my own. After deciding I also found that when adding options to my choice that I was not pressured into purchasing. Things were pointed out to me, but on the whole at no point was it pushed. Compared to other dealers I have dealt with this time around it was very much no hassle. The price was the price, there was no back and forth and frankly their price was good which is why I drove so far. More
