His reviews kept coming up with the same themes—five stars, low pressure, takes care of his customers, and helps people get to a fair deal. After working with him, I can confirm the internet did not lie this time. Rick was patient, knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with from the test drive through the final numbers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or like I was just another deal waiting to be closed. The rest of the team was just as good. Luke Purewal in finance explained the financing and protection options clearly without making it feel like I was defending a dissertation. Ali Khan helped me work through the aftermarket accessories and made that part of the process easy. Mark Gerecke handled the delivery and walked me through the truck and its features without assuming that because this was my third Silverado I already knew every button, screen, and setting. Everyone was helpful, professional, and willing to answer questions along the way. The best part was that the whole transaction felt fair and transparent. I feel like I got a very good deal on both the new truck and my trade, and I never had that familiar “what am I missing?” feeling that sometimes comes with buying a vehicle.
