Best experience, start to finish! When it comes to buying a car, this is the place to go! I was concerned we wouldn't get the proper attention, as we were buying a used Cadillac instea When it comes to buying a car, this is the place to go! I was concerned we wouldn't get the proper attention, as we were buying a used Cadillac instead of new, but that was not the case at all. Robert Clark set us an appointment with Jim McCormack and the rest is history. Jim did not pressure us or try to sway or decision in any way. He was very thorough and did a great job answering any question we had. Once we had picked out the car, it was time to go over to Brad Grellner to finish up the paperwork. Brad was equally just as easy to deal with and worked quickly to get us wrapped up as soon as possible. He worked with us to insure we got the lowest interest rate possible and did not try to pressure us into buying anything extra that we did not need. The whole experience was quick and painless. They have won my business from here on out and I will certainly be pointing folks there way! More

It was a great experience working with Jim McCormack and it's easy to understand why he has been the salesman of the century! Brad Grellner handled the financing piece and it was a smooth transaction and and enjoyable, yes enjoyable, time spent with him . There was NO pressure and it was a very professional approach to a big purchasing decision. Great guys and dealership, in-fact there were several vehicles that would have been a good fit but the Camaro was the most "fun". Hopefully we won/t be purchasing another vehicle for a couple of years but when we do we will definitely go back to ELCO. More

Easiest/Quickest Purchase Ever I had worked with Rick over the course of about two or three days. I didn't buy anything the first day I was there, but I was taken care of and treate I had worked with Rick over the course of about two or three days. I didn't buy anything the first day I was there, but I was taken care of and treated the way any car buyer would. I got to test drive the car I had my eyes on and even drive a couple that I didn't consider which was fun. Ended up coming back for the car that I had set aside, but of course I had my mind changed to a different version of the car, but with no hesitation, Rick grabbed the new color option that I wanted and had it cleaned, prepped, and ready for me to take home the same day without even questioning it. By far my easiest experience with a car dealer and definitely bringing friends and family here. More

Great car buying experience I was upfront about the fact I was "just looking" and had another deal on a different used car pending. Chris showed me their used car options and to I was upfront about the fact I was "just looking" and had another deal on a different used car pending. Chris showed me their used car options and took me over to look at new cars at my request. No pressure at any time and patience while I waffled back and forth! Chris and Elco made an offer I couldn't refuse so I drove off with one of their new cars! More
