Service after the sale was unsatisfactory I had great service during the purchase and finance closing with the sale. I had two simple requests after the sale and still haven't been resolved, 5 I had great service during the purchase and finance closing with the sale. I had two simple requests after the sale and still haven't been resolved, 5 weeks later. I asked if the truck I purchased had been serviced, specifically the oil changed and the answer was yes, although by looking at the dip stick it looked like it had not. I asked for documentation of the oil change and still don't have anything. Second, I got an emissions certification for a completely different truck. When asked if I could get the correct one, I was told Missouri doesn't require diesel vehicles to have emissions test- wrong! More
