Outstanding salesman Lamarr Powell. I'm disabled and Mr. Powell went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to assist me. My wife and I had found the car by internet, called ahea I'm disabled and Mr. Powell went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to assist me. My wife and I had found the car by internet, called ahead, and Lamarr had the car running and right by their office upon arrival. I wasn't up for a test ride that day, so Lamarr offered to deliver it to our home the next day for our evaluation and took our trade-in back to Elco to determine its value. To add to this convenience, Lamarr and Elco were able to do price negotiation almost exclusively by phone which I deeply appreciated. Upon returning the next day, arrangements were made in advance that allowed me to stay in the car while my wife worked on the paperwork with Lamarr and Bill VanOyen to quickly complete it for my final signature in the car! I'm on oxygen, so time and effort reduction are always appreciated. Lamarr basically came up with all of the solutions, or made what I suggested happen flawlessly. He has a great smile and easy manner which invites your well deserved trust. Just an outstanding young man. Everyone we dealt with at Elco was great, but Lamarr and Bill stood out. More
