Thank you for responding. It's important for me to know you did not take this information and do any work on your own to figure out what the issue was and to reach out directly. But the lack of communication from the initial experience explains why I've yet to receive a call back from Feb 28 from the service manager or the service rep. At this point, there is no need. I buy a new car every year and a half. This dealership will not be on my list of future considerations based on this experience.
