Long wait I made an appointment for 11am for my Toyota truck for an oil change only. It took til almost 1230pm. I was told they had to go get a filter. If I had an appointment, and they knew I was bringing in the same truck, wht not ALREADY have the filter? Better things to do than have a 90 minute express oil change. More

Amazing customer service ! I was looking at a car being a first time buyer and newly 18. All of the banks wanted 4500 down solid from me. I had 3400 to put down. I stayed in constant contact with randy for over two weeks. he and his team did everything worked with the banks for forever and stayed in contact.
