When I purchased my vehicle they forgot to put the lug nut key back in the Jeep. When it came time to get my brakes serviced my local shop could not get the wheels off. I called the dealership and they nut key back in the Jeep. When it came time to get my brakes serviced my local shop could not get the wheels off. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it to them, they gave me a new key and did my brakes for half the cost that my local shop wanted to charge for the inconvenience I had. I thought that was very nice of Eagle and they got me on my way in a flash. Thank you Eagle GMC for your service. More

We drove 250 miles from Lauderdale by the Sea to see this car and trade our Mustang GT in after coming to a Preliminary price agreement with the Salesperson conditioned on us seeing your car and you seeing o car and trade our Mustang GT in after coming to a Preliminary price agreement with the Salesperson conditioned on us seeing your car and you seeing our car. Things went smoothly until the Salesperson began backtracking on repairing 2 small items that were discovered during inspection. Then the salesman said something mysterious, that we did not understand until we departed from the dealership. He said you're going to pay $1000 for repairs when you return home? Turns out he was right, if not knew. The minute we pulled out the right blinker began blinking very fast. Thinking it was a bulb we returned home. But no, the Right rear taillight requires replacement. Cost $1,000. !!! Hmmmm? Interesting! We were told that your dealership was family owned and operated like a family that can be trusted. Sadly it was not the case. On top of that the car was delivered unwashed. It was covered with fine dust that appeared in the first shower we encountered on the road home. That's never happened before! More
