It was a pleasure working with Jason in service coordinating my BMW work. A part wasn’t available and he offered to have a driver go to Tampa to get the part. He also texted me on his personal pho coordinating my BMW work. A part wasn’t available and he offered to have a driver go to Tampa to get the part. 9am appt for tire rotation plus check for oil leak. Car dropped off 830am. Car not ready till after 11am. Time in shop could have been less but they did the right thing by only charging for rotation. Got a detail along with 36,000 mile maintenance. Detail department did a great job. Especially cleaning passenger seat.
