I brought my vehicle in to have tires put on, oil change and an alignment & They damaged my vehicle and did not tell me, yes they paid to have it fixed but unfortunately no amount of money can make it look and an alignment & They damaged my vehicle and did not tell me, yes they paid to have it fixed but unfortunately no amount of money can make it look the same. So my $48,000 vehicle looks like crap. We bought four vehicles from them and always had an issue, I will never Buy a vehicle from them again nor will I recommend that place ! More
To inquire about the price of your oil change service I naturally went to your website and found that it was $64.95 for my pickup and that it included a tire rotation. It said nothing about replacing the oil filter, so I inquired online to "Ashley" if a new filter was included. All she was interested in was my personal information and would not give me an answer to my question. Then your Denise Fordon wrote to me and said she was following my email conversation and would reply to me. She never did reply! A 30-second call from her to the shop would have gotten the answer. I made an appointment and came in anyway for the service, and it was performed well, in an hour and a half. And, yes, I did get a new filter, although it was one that I had brought in. I was a little disappointed however to later discover that the tire "rotation" was merely front-to-back exchange of the tires, rather than what I expected would be a cross-rotation. Your service writers, Jayson and the other Ashley, were friendly, cooperative, informed, and prompt. I am just disappointed in the lack of response from your "computer Ashley" and Denise. In the past I have dealt with Scott Kelly and have always had excellent response from him. And for what it is worth, I bought my GMC Sierra SLT new from your dealership. More
