Dennis went out of his way to periodically contact us during our research process (he was persistent, but in a friendly and professional way). It was interesting how few auto dealerships showed follow-through after our initial contact -- including other Hyundai dealerships that were much closer to our home. Dennis was able to negotiate an attractive price on a Sonata over the phone, so that it streamlined the purchase process once we got to the dealership. I found him to friendly, approachable, and professional. He didn't try to oversell the product, but was 'real' with you in a way that many car sales-people are not. I would be happy to work with him on a future car purchase or to recommend others to him. More

We spoke with someone on the intenet in the am about a specific car. When we arrived we test drove the car and went in to start the paperwork process and not 2 minutes in they say the car is already sold. specific car. This is the second time in less than a year that they have lied to us and had us drive across town for more than 2 hours with kids, just to waste our time and lie to us. More
