From the internet to our face-to-face meeting was very professional, I did not detect any hard sell tactics. But still I was always weary of any car salesman. But Bill was very professional and did all the pass work and had Discover Hyundai take care of the financing promptly as well as insurance. I think the financing took the longest to complete. But Brad took care of the financing with the bank and he was quite open with me about the interest rate, that was good. I had the inspected the next day, and found a few issues with it. I took it back to their service department, Bethanne Crawford handled it professional as well. And everything was done perfect at no cost to me. They replaced my wiper fluid pump, replaced a brake light bulb as well as fixed a peeling leather on my car door. More
