No pressure, no hassle, professional as far as the sales person is concerned. Did feel a little uncomfortable, however, when it came to the paper work. Was told that the Hyundai warranty was not all that person is concerned. Did feel a little uncomfortable, however, when it came to the paper work. Was told that the Hyundai warranty was not all that it appeared to be and that I really needed an extra cost warranty program. A price of $1900 was quoted and when we declined, had to sign papers to that effect. Then, later, we were suddenly offered the same warranty for $900, half price, with a remark that they were only making $15. I can only assume that the dealer was perfectly happy to make a profit of $915 if I had accepted the $1900 dollar offer. We did not leave that session with a warm fuzzy feeling! More
