He explained everything about the Sonata (this is my first Hyundai) and answered every question quickly and completely. Ric was quick to find the exact model I was interested in and drove accross town personally to pick it up. Kellie was great as she took me through all of the options on my new vehicle. She was also quick to point out if I had any future questions, to call or stop by and she would be glad to help. Nice job everyone! More
We have been going to this location for service since we purchased a Saturn there in 2001 (before it became a Hyundai dealership)and we continue to have that car serviced there. We have always found the service people to be very thorough and candid. When we decided to buy a new car we worked with Ric, who was very professional and helpful and steered us to a demo model which had very low miles and was in still new condition with extra features typically not found on an SE model. He then got us a favorable price as well. Brad made recommendation on the financing side which will save us considerable money in the long run and also facilitated us buying platinum warranty coverage for greater protection on the vehicle when it comes to future costs. These are good people to work with. More

The enthusiasm to please by the Discover Hyundai service department (especially by Tim Hodder) in servicing our 2008 Hyundai Sonata GLS has been both welcome and satisfying. Makes one want to return just to say hi and thanks. Carl Pickett was especially helpful and eager to please during the day I spent at Discover Hyundai trying to decide whether I wanted to buy a 2011 Sonata GLS for our second family vehicle. Truthfully, Carl was a friendly and most courteous salesman, however, the product he was trying to sell was so superior, I think it might have made his job just a little bit easier. Additionally, though there were some minor issues during my initial purchase process, Frank Palmisano is to be commended for his willingness to “please the customer” by personally enjoining my new vehicle purchase process and coming up with a deal I couldn’t refuse. As far as I’m concerned, Discover Hyundai and its staff have far-exceed their goal to provide an exceptional experience before, during and after the sale. Kellie McClure’s new vehicle purchase indoctrination was very well done along with her follow up emails to make sure everything was ok and that I had no questions. I discovered the difference at Discover Hyundai and I am totally happy and satisfied with my 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS purchase. Ric was very knowledgeable about the Genesis, explaining what the various option packages included and how they were priced. Ric did an appropriate level of follow up by email and phone to keep in contact and answer questions without creating any sales pressure, while we were still considering other brands. As we reached a decision to purchase a Genesis, Ric explained and made sure we took full advantage of all manufacturers discounts/rebates and what was negotiable with the dealership. He found the car with the color and options we wanted at another dealer and arranged with Discover management to secure the car for us. On delivery, Ric did a walk through with us and explained all of warranties. On delivery, Kellie McClure did a complete function and option demonstration with us to thoroughly explain all of the features, patiently answering our questions. Kellie & Ric also followed up with emails later to make sure everything was ok and we had no questions. Net, Ric as our primary contact, Kellie, and the sales and business management at Discover Hyundai made our purchase and delivery experience a pleasure, and a pleasant surprise! More
