I appreciate the follow up after purchase. I bought my car through a Arizona Fleet Services. The fleet company worked with Discover Hyundai to get the car I wanted. Given that I did not actually go to the dealership in person, they have been so great with taking ownership of the sale. I also am so impressed that Discover Hyundai has provided my car with free oil changes for 5 years! Wow, that is great! I realize that in order to keep this offer valid the car must be serviced only at Discover Hyundai - I will do this the first time or two to see how the service is. I also have a great mechanic, so I will do some price comparisons to see if this offer is worth it! But, all in all, the offer is a great move by Discover Hyundai. So far, I love the car. Thank you for the nice cookout event on July 22nd also. It was great to see the service area and meet the staff and owner of the dealership. Thanks again. More

In today's economy I feel customer service isn't a top priority and I have dealt with places I will never visit again due to bad customer service. That's why I wanted to take a moment to say that when I came in for service last week, I was helped by Adam Rodriguez and he was wonderful to deal with. He helped me with my questions, seemed knowledgeable and wasn't overly pushy. The place looked busy, yet Adam took the time to assist me completely without making me feel rushed or like a number, all while having a smile on his face. He was very nice and I was taken aback that I was receiving the best customer service I have had in years at a dealership. I would definitely recommend seeing Adam for service and will see him again when I return. Thank you Discover Hyundai for having Adam on your team. Very low key. Allowed my wife and I to look and was available to respond to any questions. Following our questions he further qualified our needs and expectations, worked with us on price and asked w available to respond to any questions. Ultimately we purchased our new Veracruz. Ron then introduced us to Frank, the General Manager at Discovery who completed the tranaction and all of the paperwork and finally we were introduced to Kelly, who physically went over our new vehicle making certain we where both knowledgable and comfortable with it before driving out of the dealership. Very friendly staff at all levels. But still the same dealer experience as the rest. Add on fees and stupid DOC fees that are just there for pure dealer profit which won't even go to the sales person's dealer experience as the rest. We bought our car in May from Ric Andersen. He was fantastic to work with. He informed us about the car without all of the usual "sales tactics" that annoy me. After we bought the car he returned his phone call (right away) for a question I had so I it was nice not to be "brushed off". Agreements that we had in the contract were fulfilled and done in a timely manner. The manager was fantastic to negotiate with along with the finance person. This was the most positive experience we have ever had at a dealership and there is no buyers remorse. I will be recommending the dealership along with Ric Andersen to friends and family. More

I have dealt withtwo two reps there, Dennis Jones and doug Bjarko. They both went way over the top to help me find what I was looking for and to decide what I wanted. They both took time to go out and see if things fit and worked as I wanted---floor mats and sunn-roof deflector. A pleasant change from the usual. More
